Terms and Conditions

  

1. Appointments

· We kindly ask that all appointments be booked in advance. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed.

· Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in, update client information, or consult with your service provider.

· We reserve the right to reschedule any reservations that are 15 minutes late or more to another time. 


2. Cancellations & No-Shows

· We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

· Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service.

· No-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

· Clients with repeated no-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments.


3. Service Satisfaction

· Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 72 hours so we can make it right.

· We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to provide reasonable adjustments or corrections.


4. Refunds & Returns (Products + Boutique Items)

· Salon services are non-refundable.

· Products may be exchanged within 14 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

· Boutique items must follow our boutique return policy.


5. Health & Safety

· Please notify your service provider of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent treatments.

· For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service if a situation may put you or our staff at risk.


6. Children

· Children must be supervised at all times. Our salon contains sharp tools, hot equipment, chemicals, and other hazards.

· To prevent injuries, children may not wander, run, or explore treatment rooms, stylist stations, or the boutique.


7. Tanning & Spa Services

· All tanning and spa guests must complete consent forms and follow aftercare instructions.

· The salon is not responsible for results affected by improper care.


8. Payments

· We accept Discover, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay, Apple Pay, check and cash for payment of services and products.

· Full payment is required at the time of service.

· Prices are subject to change without notice.


9. Photography & Marketing

· With your permission, your stylist or technician may take photos for social media or marketing.

· No images will be used without consent.


10. Conduct & Respect

· We strive to create a welcoming, professional environment.

· Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service. 


11. Gift Certificates

· Gift Certificates/Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.


12. Policy Updates

· Policies may be updated at any time. The most current version will be available at the salon or on our website.

We do not sell or trade your information. We may only share it with trusted service providers such as booking software, payment processors, or when legally required. We may also share information with your consent for marketing photos.


4. Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to our updates, you may receive promotions or announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time through email or by contacting us directly.


5. Protecting Your Information

We use secure systems, password protection, restricted staff access, and regular privacy reviews to protect your data. While no system is perfect, we maintain strong industry-level safeguards.


6. Photos & Social Media

We will never use or post your photos without your clear verbal or written consent. You may revoke consent at any time.


7. Your Rights

You may request access to your information, make updates, or request deletion where legally permitted.


8. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children without parent or guardian consent.


9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The most current version will always be available at the salon or on our website.
